Our first day back in the studio was a great success!

We had a great first day back in the studio on August 3rd. We spent a solid 7-8 hours there and Ray nailed out all of the drum tracks needed to complete our album! More to come!

We want to send many thanks to Big Ron and the crew over at the Centurions clubhouse for hosting us yesterday. It was a tough gig to play for sure, SHREDMAGEDDON kicked our asses the previous night. We had a ton of fun and met so many cool people. Hopefully we can do it again soon!

Constricted is playing with our friends in SLUG and Swingy Beats. It's gonna be a kickass show of shred guitar, swamp-sludge-metal-rock (with more shredding guitar), and yet more shred guitar with some fat beats and basslines. These are all good things. Do not miss it!!
